What is a move concierge / move management service?
We coordinate your entire move — not just the movers. We schedule, manage, and oversee all the vendors involved: movers, cleaners, painters, handymen, junk removal, carpet cleaning, and specialty transport. You get one point of contact instead of managing 5-10 different companies yourself.
Are you a moving company?
No. We don't own trucks or employ movers. We're the management and coordination layer that sits above the vendors. Think of us like a general contractor for your move — we hire and oversee the specialists, handle the timeline, and make sure everything comes together.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Phoenix metro area including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and surrounding communities. We also coordinate interstate moves to and from Arizona.
Who is this service for?

Pricing & Services
How much does move management cost?
Our Full Concierge service starts at $8,000 for local Arizona moves. This includes coordination of movers, packing supplies, junk removal, cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting touch-ups, and small repairs. Premium services (large estates, interstate moves, vehicle transport) are quoted based on scope.
What's included in the price?
Our fee covers the management and coordination of your move, plus the actual vendor services. You receive one transparent proposal that includes everything — no surprise bills from individual vendors. One invoice, one payment.
Is this more expensive than hiring vendors myself?
Yes, our service costs more than DIY coordination. You're paying for our expertise, vendor relationships, oversight, and the time you save. Our clients find that the peace of mind and time savings are worth the premium — especially for complex moves or when selling a home.
Can I choose which services I need?
Yes. We create a custom plan based on your specific needs. If you don't need painting or only need partial services, your quote reflects that. We'll discuss your requirements during the initial consultation.
The Process
How far in advance should I contact you?
Ideally, 3-4 weeks before your move date. This gives us time to plan properly and secure the best vendors. We can accommodate shorter timelines, but earlier is better for complex moves or peak moving season (May-September in Arizona).
Do I need to be present during the move?
No. One of the main benefits of move management is that we can be your on-site presence. This is especially valuable for out-of-state clients, busy executives, or anyone who can't take multiple days off work.
How do you communicate during the move?
However you prefer — phone, email, or text. You'll have one point of contact who knows your entire situation. We provide updates at key milestones and are available for questions throughout the process.
What if something goes wrong?
That's exactly why we exist. Moves rarely go perfectly — vendors run late, items need extra care, weather happens. We handle the problem-solving so you don't have to. All our vendors are vetted, insured, and accountable to us.
Specific Situations
I'm selling my home. Can you help get it ready?
Absolutely. This is one of our most common scenarios. We coordinate the move-out, junk removal, cleaning, repairs, and painting so your home is show-ready for listing or buyer walkthrough. We work with your realtor's timeline.
Can you handle specialty items like pianos or safes?
Yes. We work with specialty movers for pianos, gun safes, art, wine collections, antiques, and other high-value or difficult-to-move items. Proper handling and insurance are always in place.
Do you handle interstate moves?
Yes. We coordinate moves into and out of Arizona. For interstate moves, we manage the logistics on the Arizona side and coordinate with long-distance carriers. We also arrange vehicle transport if needed.
